With family roots from Calabria, Italian cooking is in my blood. These recipes and traditions have been passed down for generations, from my grandmother to my father to me. It started with the sauce simmering on the stovetop all day, Growing up, food was the center of all things, bringing family and friends together. We would sit down at the table to enjoy a meal, sharing savory dishes, laughter, and conversation. Stories of old were recollected and stories of new were born. |
